Kim Oliver, M.S., CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist with more than 30 years of experience evaluating and supporting children with a wide range of speech, language, communication, and feeding challenges. She is ASHA-certified and brings extensive clinical experience to her work at Optimize Assessments.
Her work focuses on careful, individualized speech and language assessment, with close attention to how communication differences affect a child’s learning, behavior, and everyday functioning. Kim’s evaluations emphasize clarity and practicality, helping families and other professionals understand both a child’s strengths and areas of need.

Andrew Frisone, M.S. is a certified school psychologist and former New York State Assistant Principal with more than 30 years of experience working within public school systems. His background spans school psychology, educational leadership, and special education, with deep familiarity with how districts evaluate, support, and accommodate students with diverse learning needs.
He has held central roles in special education decision-making, including serving as a CPSE Chairperson and overseeing Section 504 planning. Andrew brings a practical understanding of how evaluation findings translate into educational services, accommodations, and long-term planning within school settings.
