She is ASHA-certified and brings extensive clinical experience to her work at Optimize Assessments.

  • Andrew Frisone, M.S. is a certified school psychologist and former New York State Assistant Principal with more than 30 years of experience working within public school systems. His background spans school psychology, educational leadership, and special education, with deep familiarity with how districts evaluate, support, and accommodate students with diverse learning needs.

    He has held central roles in special education decision-making, including serving as a CPSE Chairperson and overseeing Section 504 planning. Andrew brings a practical understanding of how evaluation findings translate into educational services, accommodations, and long-term planning within school settings.
