Our evaluation process is designed to provide clarity without unnecessary complexity. From initial inquiry through final recommendations, families work directly with senior clinicians in a structured, transparent process focused on accuracy and practical guidance.

1. Private Inquiry & Initial Conversation

All evaluations begin with a brief private inquiry. This allows us to understand your primary concerns, determine whether our services are a good fit, and outline next steps before moving forward.

2. In-Home Evaluation

The evaluation is conducted entirely in your home. Working in a familiar environment helps children feel at ease and allows clinicians to observe behavior, communication, learning, and regulation as they naturally occur.

3. Analysis & Report Development

Assessment data are carefully reviewed and integrated across disciplines. Findings are synthesized into clear, defensible clinical conclusions using professional judgment and evidence-based tools.

4. Feedback & Guidance

Families receive a comprehensive written report followed by a detailed feedback meeting. Recommendations focus on practical next steps, including educational planning and navigating appropriate services and supports.
